Perforated Metal Sheet with High Strength for Filter

Brass/copper perforated metal sheet has the hole of round, diamond, square, slot, bar, hexagon and other shapes manufactured by punches or presses. The holes array neat or interleaved as your requirement. The boundary does not have holes, which increases stability of the metal sheet. The larger the hole is, the more scrap is, the higher cost is. Perforated mesh has high strength, good ductility and can resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, wear and rust. It can be used as decorative mesh for furniture and cabinet, filter for mine and grain, noise control barrier for highway and railway.

  • Material: brass plate, copper plate, low carbon steel plate, high carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate.
  • Surface treatment: copper or brass coated, galvanize.
  • Hole shape: round, square, diamond, slot, bar, hexagon and other shapes you want.
  • Arrangement style: array neat or interleaved.
  • Common Hole Size: 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm., 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm.
  • Thickness of mesh: 0.7 mm or as your requirement.
