  1. Copper wire, round, insulated C 1.3 Ø 0.132 / 0.157.
    Electronic tough (ETP) copper wire, round covered with a synthetic varnish, based on a polyurethane resin solderable without stripping (self-fluxing).

    Materials: (conductor and insulation).
    Chemical composition technical prescriptions, electrical and mechanical properties, every test according to the VSM-standards like VSM 23730. A test certificate, containing the results of surge voltage test must be enclosed to any consignment.

    Dimension
    Diameter bare: 0.132 mm.
    Diameter insulated: 0.157 mm.

    Supply: Can be supplied on spool no. 250 according to VSM 23890, packed in seaworthy wooden cases, spool axis in horizontal position, well protected against any harmful defects.

  2. Copper wire round, Ø3.0 mm.
    Copper wire round according to IEC 317-1, grade 2.

    Insulation: enameled with polyvinyl acetal, class 105 according to IEC 317-1, clause 1.

    Dimension: normal diameter bare: 3.0 mm.

    Mechanical properties: E-Cu58 according to Din 40 500.

    Test certificate
    A test certificate containing the following values must accompany every manufacturing batch:

    • Nominal conductor diameter: according to IEC 317-0-1, clause 4.
    • Maximum overall diameter: according to IEC 317-0-1, clause 4.
    • Tensile strength: according to DIN 40 500.
    • Elongation at fracture: according to IEC 317-0-1, clause 6.
    • Breakdown voltage: according to IEC 317-0-1, clause 13.

    Delivery: Can be supplied on spool type 500 according to IEC 264-2-1. The spools have to be placed horizontally in wooden boxes, otherwise according to IEC 317-0-1, clause 30.

  3. Copper wire round, Ø4.0 mm.
    Copper wire round according to IEC 317-1, grade 2

    Insulation: enameled with polyvinyl acetal, class 105 according to IEC 317-1, clause 1.

    Dimension: nominal diameter bare: 4.0 mm.

    Mechanical properties: E-Cu58 according to DIN 40 500.

    Test certificate
    A test certificate containing the following values must accompany every manufacturing batch:
